Store Policies
Exchanges and Returns
Unless otherwise specified, refunds and exchanges will be honored within 10 business days of purchase with original receipt. Refunds are issued in accordance with the original method of payment. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original condition. Items discounted 30% or more may not be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are not returnable or refundable.
Holiday Return Policy
All holiday returns and exchanges must be completed by January 15th.
Custom Work and Special Orders
All custom work is considered final sale and cannot be returned. Special order items are not returnable or exchangeable. Custom work and special orders are classified as any non-inventory purchase or any stock item that has been custom-made or altered at the customer’s request (i.e. sizing).
Repairs
Repairs are warranted for 1 year from date of delivery unless otherwise designated. Only the specific repairs performed are covered. Problems resulting from inherent flaws, abusive or excessive wear, customer negligence or accidental damage are not covered. Pickens, Inc. Jewelers reserves the right to designate some repairs as non-warrantable and will so inform the custom before the work is done. Pickens, Inc. Jewelers reserves the right to determine if a problem is covered by warranty, and if so, to choose the course of corrective action.
